Join a growing, international law firm's London Corporate Team as a Senior UK Corporate Solutions Assistant.

On behalf of our prestigious client, Ryder Reid is currently recruiting for a pivotal role supporting high-growth tech clients and multinational corporations with expert company secretarial services. We're looking for a detail-driven professional to join our clients dynamic London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate governance and Companies Act 2006 compliance
• Draft resolutions and minutes for complex corporate transactions
• Maintain statutory books and company registers
• Prepare and file statutory forms, including confirmation statements
• Liaise with Companies House, HMRC, notaries, and other third parties
• Mentor junior team members and assist with workflow management
• Support incorporation of new UK entities and onboarding of new clients
• Coordinate with international offices to meet global client needs
• Assist with departmental documentation, invoicing, and expenses
• Contribute to ad hoc secretarial projects and transactional support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ICSA qualification (Grad level preferred)
• Minimum 2 years' company secretarial experience in-house or at a law/professional services firm
• Proficient in Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
