Senior Town Planner - Leading Planning Consultancy | London (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Central London - Hybrid working available

An independent and highly regarded planning consultancy with a strong presence in London is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their expanding team. This is a key opportunity for a talented planner to work on a diverse mix of projects in one of the most dynamic planning markets in the UK.

Operating across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and strategic developments, they've built a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and insight-led planning.

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Take ownership of a varied caseload of planning applications, appeals, and site promotion work

• Advise clients on planning strategies across a mix of urban regeneration and infill developments

• Prepare high-quality planning statements, design and access statements, and representations

• Work closely with architects, developers, local authorities, and legal teams

• Represent clients at meetings, committees, and public consultations

• Support junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives

You should bring:

• MRTPI qualification (or be very close to obtaining it)

• 4+ years' experience in planning, ideally with London project exposure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong understanding of the London Plan and wider policy landscape

• Confident client-facing skills and a commercially aware mindset

• Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

• Discretionary annual bonus
