Job Description
Senior Test Analyst
Part Time 22.5 hours per week
12-Month FTC Based from Home
Role Purpose
Lead the design, execution, and improvement of testing for Ramsay Health Care’s Digital solutions, ensuring high-quality, safe, and accessible digital experiences for patients.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies, frameworks, and plans.
· Manage complex system integration testing across healthcare platforms.
· Lead defect triage and resolution with cross-functional teams.
· Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure real-world patient journey testing.
· Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).
Skills & Experience
· Proven expertise in software testing, including healthcare or patient-facing systems.
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with API, integration, and automation testing.
· Knowledge of test tools (JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
· Understanding of healthcare compliance and patient safety requirements.
· ISTQB Foundation Level certification (Advanced Test Manager desirable).
Desirable
· Experience with IMS MAXIMS or similar systems.
· Clinical risk management knowledge.
