We are seeking a dynamic Senior Technology Adoption Champion for our Government client based in Aldermaston, Reading. This is an initial 18 month contract, paying between £55 - £61 per hour Inside IR35.

This role will be office based 2-3 days per week and the remainder remote.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:

In this pivotal role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft 365 products, while championing the Digital Workplace strategy. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and stakeholder management skills to drive the adoption and effective utilisation of Microsoft 365 services.

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft 365 products.
• Promote the Digital Workplace strategy.
• Support the IT Adoption Lead with stakeholder engagement and running events.
• Act as a deputy for the IT Adoption Lead in key stakeholder engagements and Microsoft 365 product meetings.
• Oversee the design and delivery of campaigns and communication materials to drive adoption and maximise the use of Microsoft 365 services.
• Ensure up-skilling materials and quick reference guides comply with Licence Conditions 6 & 25.
• Supervise and manage two B1 Technology Adoption Champions.
• Lead change management activities for Microsoft 365 products.
• Represent end-user needs by understanding both the engineering and business aspects of Microsoft 365.
• Stay updated on the Microsoft 365 suite of applications and their capabilities.
• Drive the adoption and exploitation of Microsoft 365 products.
• Act as a deputy for the IT Adoption Lead within the global product owner team for Microsoft 365, overseeing all phases of product lifecycle management.
• Promote Information Management and Information Exploitation activities to support Licence Condition 6 & 25.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
