If so, we may have the perfect job for you as our new Enforcement team senior supervisor. You will be expected to lead from the front, with a team of three Enforcement supervisors reporting to you directly who oversee a team of Environmental Enforcement Officers.
You will have strong leadership, effective and positive communication and problem-solving skills, as well as in depth experience in relevant fields of environmental enforcement including enviro-crime investigation.

It is important that you have knowledge and experience of working with the relevant legislation and regulations and have excellent customer and communication skills to enable you to review and respond to any complaints or queries.
Reporting directly to the Service manager, you would have three direct reports and a team of dedicated professionals. Experience of supervising and supporting an operational team in an enforcement related environment, communicating effectively with them and understanding their different pressures, challenges and priorities is vital.
You will work 37 hours per week and if you love getting out and about this role may be perfect for you as while you will have an office base at Marsh Lane Depot, Lymington, you will also need to travel throughout the district and work from various sites, with your ‘office’ views of the local scenery changing each day.
You will primarily work Monday to Friday although where required, some weekend work may be necessary.?
