Senior Spa Therapist - Full Time - PermanentLocation: North Wales Salary: £30,617 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide a team of spa therapists and spa receptionists, helping to ensure smooth daily spa operations
  • Carry out the full range of treatments confidently and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of customer care
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout all spa spaces
  • Promote spa services and products with up-to-date knowledge, helping guests make informed choices
  • Support a safe and serene environment, following all health, safety, and wellness protocols
  • Mentor and develop team members, helping to maintain consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • ESPA training is a plus
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a spa or as a beauty therapist
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team support role is desirable
  • A genuine passion for developing others, with the ability to mentor and enhance team performance
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality treatments and meeting retail and treatment upgrade targets
  • Calm, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • Confidence in delivering the full spa treatment menu to brand standards
  • Good understanding of health and safety protocols within a spa environment
