Senior Software implementation Consultant SaaS - hireful. : Job Details

Established, now scaling SaaS product company looking to grow their Implementation team by bringing in an experienced Software Implementation Consultant. This will be to lead the small team & the Implementation functionality – so Senior Implementation Consultant / Head of Implementation.

You’ll relish the challenge of joining a maturing Software company that is going through solid growth & being the “go to” implementation person for the company. Leading your small team by example – you’ll certainly still be a hands-on project-based person, who relishes working with clients.

The Implementation team are 3 strong, so you’ll need some lead / management experience, but really, we are looking for this individual to get stuck into Implementations & grow the team, functionality & themselves, with the role as it evolves.

Title: Head of Implementation/ Senior implementation Consultant / Implementation Manager

Location: Banbury office, Oxford. Hybrid working. 1-2 days per week in the office. We have team members commute up from the London area or down from Birmingham, for example. Or, across from Milton Keynes / Northampton.

Money: Up to £60K Basic + Bonus + Benefits package (25 days holiday, private health, pension etc)

Sold! What do I need to be considered?

- Demonstrable history of SaaS implementation & delivery. Our projects tend to be 4-6 weeks implementation as standard, with longer projects based on client spend, need & customisation.

- Solid technical appreciation / understanding of SaaS based software platforms; implementation, integration & delivery. We DO NOT need a hands-on coder for this role, but if you bring any, then that’s a plus.

- An excellent team player who thrives in a busy, growing company in the Tech’ sector.
