£60K-£70K plus package

Are you a Senior Site Manager or Facade Manager with experience of External & Facade packages?

We're after somebody like you who wouldn't mind working on your doorstep for the next 5-6 years. It will be working on a large-scale city centre high-rise residential project for a company who have work in the city centre pipelined for the next 20 years.

You'll be delivering the Facade packages on 4x 8 Storey Residential blocks for your first project before moving onto a 25 Storey tower. It's all residential but each block you deliver will be entirely unique with different challenges you will face.

The role is working for a company who are an industry household name and one of the biggest publicly listed construction companies in the UK. In terms of building Residential projects, there is nobody better out there. The quality of product and standards here are grade A* and something you can be proud of and most likely drive past on a daily basis reminding your family and friends "I built that".

As Senior Site Manager, you'll slot into a wider team reporting into the Senior Project Manager and Project Director. You'll have plenty of scope for growth in this role as this project will get busier and more demanding meaning your opportunities to step up to management positions will open up. Both the Snr PM and PD have come from Site Management positions with the business.
