Your new roleJob Title: Senior Service Support ManagerLocation: BroughSalary: £32,729.35 per annumOur client is looking for a Senior Service Support Manager to build relationships and rapport with clients, complete audit inspections and review performance of delivery against the Service Level Agreements and Cleaning Specification. You will manage and implement employee wages daily, alongside delivering adequate Health & Safety compliance, following the clients' statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks. You will manage a number of Service Support Managers who in turn look after a number of sites and staff in a designated area.To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

• A Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong organisational skills
• Previous managerial experience managing soft services / cleaning within facilities management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• IT Literate
• Health and Safety IOSH certification is desirable.
