Senior Service Desk Analyst

OverviewI'm currently working with an established and growing MSP is looking to expand its IT support team. The company has been supporting small to mid-sized businesses in the region for over two decades and continues to experience steady growth. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their in-house technical team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote, telephone, and on-site technical support
Assist clients with day-to-day issues and long-term upgrade planning
Manage and support cloud-based systems and infrastructure
Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
Perform Microsoft 365 system administration and migrations
Minimum 8 years' industry experience in a technical support role
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (including Exchange, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager)
Familiarity with Azure AD and Microsoft security tools
Good understanding of IPv4 networking
Experience supporting Windows 11 environments
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 migrations and implementations
Confident in client communication across multiple channels
Full UK driving licence is essential
Windows Server and Active Directory administration
Remote monitoring and management tool experience
Cloud platform knowledge (e.g. AWS or similar)
Networking hardware experience (e.g. Wi-Fi hardware, routers, managed switches)
Understanding of data protection principles (e.g. GDPR)
