Senior Service Charge Accountants up to £38K - Luton - Bond Williams : Job Details

Bond Williams Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Senior Service Charge Accountants for one of the largest and most experienced residential property management companies in the UK who are managing in the region of 3,700 developments.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will need to take full responsibility of a client portfolio of your own and this will include:* Analysing financial reports, including income and expenditure and balance sheets; recommending actions* Production and management of budgets* Liaise with Operations team to communicate the Service Charge financials* Assisting with driving and improving performance through analysing deviations from forecasts/budgets* Working as part of a wider team in order to achieve department goalsYou will need to have previous experience of Service Charge accounting for this senior role, have a high attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills, be a team player but also self motivated. Strong Excel is essential and knowledge of Qube would be an advantage. Would suit an active AAT/ACCA student but if you have experience in service charge accounting this is not essential.
