What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving the service side of the business forward through proactive customer engagement
• Working a large, untapped database of existing sales customers
• Selling service plans and unlocking revenue opportunities
• Managing in-house warranty administration and enforcing warranty claim standards
• Taking ownership of the customer journey from booking to handover - meet & greet, progress updates, and follow-up
• Supporting day-to-day service operations with precision and professionalism

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor role
• Strong sales ability and confidence selling value-added products (e.g. service plans)
• A no-nonsense approach to warranty claims - accurate, strict, and accountable
• Some technical knowledge would be a big advantage
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and drive to deliver outstanding customer service
