Reed scientific are working exclusively with a Cambridgeshire based company looking for a Senior Protein Scientist to join their R&D team.  This company is leading the protein innovation field providing biomanufacturing and research services and collaborating with leading companies and world-class academic institutions.

Role requirements:

• PhD or equivalent experience in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Equivalent
• Extensive experience with construct design, recombinant protein expression, purification and characterisation
• Hands on AKTA experience or similar
• Ability to troubleshoot purification issues
• ELN platform knowledge
• Ability to collect and present scientific data
• QMS experience (ISO9001:2015 or ISO13485) is advantageous
