If you are an IT specialist with good knowledge of CRM software then this role for a Senior Salesforce Administrator will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Analysing current CRM system and developing system to meet business needs
• Gathering information from Manager and users to establish business needs
• Designing and documenting desired end-to-end system requirements
• Configuring sales and finance processes to meet operational demands
• Working with sales and finance teams on how end-to-end system will work
• Ensuring deliverables will meet finance auditor regulations
