What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Booking and attending viewings for potential buyers
• Engaging with new and existing clients to win business
• Upselling services and maximising every opportunity
• Canvassing for new business and growing the client base
• Providing first-class customer service to clients

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous sales experience (estate agency or transferable skills)
• Listing and valuation skills essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-focused mindset with a great telephone manner
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-presented
• A Full UK driving licence and your own transport
