Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Crouch End - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Dove & Hawk are working alongside an award winning, multi-branch independent agency, based in North London, who are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator, to join their Crouch End Office. This role would suit someone with at least 2-3 years' experience working within the residential sales market.Crouch End is often regarded as one of London's most desirable neighbourhoods and was named the capital's best place to live by The Sunday Times in 2023. It's celebrated for its lively atmosphere, thriving independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, along with easy access to green spaces such as Alexandra Park.Duties/Functions of the role:

• Welcoming and registering applicants to the branch.
• Arranging, attending, and conducting viewings.
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors.
• Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
• Carrying out market appraisals and instructing new stock
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required for the sales progression process.
• Building sustainable relationships with all clients and applicants.
• Applicant & vendor management.

Requirements of the role:

• At least 2-3 years' experience working within the London residential sales market
• Valuation experience is essential
• Experience working for an estate agency within Crouch End, and/or strong area knowledge.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong IT Skills

What's in it for you?

• Basic: £25,000 - £30,000 + Guarantee / OTE: £55,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission Structure: Tiered from 10%-20% + 5% on instructions
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00-18:30 / Friday 09:00-18.00 / Sat 09:30- 4pm (3 Saturdays a month) 5-day week.
• Car Allowance: £100 available to claim on expenses (tax free)
