Job Purpose:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving residential property sales, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the growth of the agency’s market share. This position is suited for a confident and proactive individual with a proven track record in property sales and strong local market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client follow-up.
- Conduct property valuations, prepare market appraisals, and convert instructions to listings.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties for sale, from instruction to completion.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and local competition.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential property sales
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well-presented, articulate, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
