Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Frimley

Salary: Depending on experience OTE £40,000

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their ever-growing team. The successful candidate will have estate agency experience with listing and valuation expertise, and a drive to win business.

Responsibilities

Generating new market appraisal opportunities

Booking in and attending sales viewings and valuations

Negotiating offers

Attending valuation appointments and securing instructions

Proactively marketing current stock and identifying new business opportunities

Managing expectations throughout the process and providing feedback to clients

Working towards and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience in estate agency sales

A proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment

A proactive, forward thinking approach

Strong communication skills
