Sales Negotiator – Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Commission | Boutique Estate Agency | Career Progression

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a stylish, boutique estate agency in Birmingham City Centre. This highly regarded firm has recently relocated to stunning new offices and continues to grow thanks to exceptional business levels and an internal promotion.

The Role:

• Handling sales enquiries and conducting viewings
• Negotiating and progressing residential sales
• Managing new homes listings and sales
• Canvassing and promoting properties through social media
• Meeting monthly sales targets

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property sales & progression
• Knowledge of Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston markets
• Experience in new homes and lettings advantageous
• Proactive, smart, and target-driven with excellent communication skills
• Confident using social media, MS Office, and property software
• Car owner with clean driving licence

What’s on Offer:

• Basic salary £25,000 - £28,000 commission
• Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30, plus alternate Saturdays (9:00–3:00)
