We are working with a long-established and respected independent estate agency in Shenfield, CM15, to find an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating sales offers
• Valuing and listing properties on the market
• Managing and progressing sales from offer to completion
• Developing new business and winning instructions
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
• Confident in property valuations and winning instructions
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
• A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
• Good knowledge of Shenfield and surrounding areas
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
