Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Marble Arch, Central London
Salary: £25,000·£35,000 basic + OTE £60,000·£70,000
Hours: Full-time, including alternate Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process of residential properties, from valuation to completion. You will play a key role in driving revenue generating new sales instructions, sourcing leads and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced London market.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
· Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to secure successful sales.
· Convert valuations into instructions and manage listings effectively.
· Generate new sales instructions through proactive outreach and networking.
· Source and qualify leads using various channels including online platforms and referrals.
· Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and surveyors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
· Provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies.
· Prepare marketing materials and ensure listings are accurate and appealing.
· Use CRM systems to manage leads and track progress.
· Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
· Support and mentor junior negotiators.
· Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years experience in residential property sales in London.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong knowledge of the London property market.
· Full UK driving licence.
· NAEA qualifications (desirable but not essential).
