Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and professionally present homes to prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored advice and guidance.
  • Negotiate sales effectively to achieve the best outcomes for buyers and sellers.
  • Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.
  • Generate and win new valuation opportunities.
  • Obtain and communicate buyer feedback and update vendors regularly.
  • Promote related services including mortgage advice, conveyancing, and lettings.
  • Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Create engaging property listings and assist with marketing initiatives including social media.
  • Progress sales from offer to completion with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Use CRM systems to keep accurate and timely records.
  • Support lead generation, business development, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and motivated team culture.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring energy, expertise, and a passion for property.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential property sales.
  • Proven ability to win listings and convert instructions.
  • Experience in carrying out valuations is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing abilities and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Confidence using property software and CRM tools.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in your approach.
