SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Estate Agent

Location: Reigate, RH2

Salary:  OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful and well established Independent Estate agents is looking to recruit an experienced motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of their local office in the Reigate area.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced negotiator, who works well as part of a busy team.

You will need have a great track record in both property sales and instruction generation and familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

You will also need to be energetic, proactive, articulate, influential individual with a passion for sales.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience
• Valuing/Listing experience beneficial
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Highly organised
• Extremely driven to succeed
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license
