Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager

Location: Bow, East London

My client is one of London's leading Independent Estate Agencies that have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation.

They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager with a driven and career focussed attitude to add to their Bow office and in return they are offering a very competitive package, including a car allowance.

Some key responsibilities but not limited:

• Arrange and carry out Valuations and convert to listings
• Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
• Arrange and carry out viewings and and providing relevant feedback to necessary parties
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Responding in a timely manner all queries via email, face to face and telephone
• Maintain good working relationships with follow up sales

??????The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Manager will be/have:

• 2/3 years experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
• Valuation experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivated and target driven
• Well presented and well spoken

Hours of work:

9am -7.00pm Monday to Thursday

9am -6pm Friday

10am -4pm Saturday

Work 2 Saturdays a month

Package on offer

£29,000/£34,000 basic salary (includes £400 car allowance)

Realistic OTE is £55,00- £60,000
