Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with Long-Term Objectives: Ensure sales activities are in sync with the company’s 5-year financial growth plan and broader business goals.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Take charge of sales budgets, providing precise financial planning, tracking, and forecasting for the team.
  • Drive New Markets & Partnerships: Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships to broaden the company’s reach.
  • Close Major Deals & Framework Agreements: Lead negotiations and secure long-term framework agreements and strategic deals to strengthen our market presence.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit top-tier talent, foster team development, and drive a culture of success and accountability.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather market intelligence, and adjust strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting & Performance Metrics: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and growth metrics to senior leadership.

This position is site based and includes regular travel. Car allowance is included in the compensation package.
