About the Role This is a hands-on, team-focused management role where you'll lead the branch sales operation, manage people performance, and drive profitability. You'll have autonomy over the day-to-day running of the branch while working closely with senior leadership to shape local strategy and performance goals.If you're a natural leader with a strong background in residential sales, a hunger for performance and a proven ability to motivate a team — this is your chance to step into a high-impact role. Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch performance, hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of negotiators and valuers
- Deliver a strong listing pipeline and maintain consistent stock levels
- Promote the branch within the local area, building long-term client relationships
- Analyse local market activity and competitor performance
- Oversee compliance, H&S and reporting across the branch
- Work closely with senior managers to contribute to wider business goals

The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator level or above
- Proven leadership experience and team development skills

- Confident with CRM systems, sales reporting and pipeline management
- Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle)
