We are seeking an ESOL Lecturer to teach adult students aged 19 and above. This role is based in South London and offers a great opportunity for an educator passionate about language teaching and adult education.

• Job Type: Temporary ongoing ( term time only)
• Location: South London
• Hours per Week: 35 hours
• Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
• Start Date: September
• Interview Date: ASAP

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for adult learners.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilise a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behaviour of one’s students.
• Provide appropriate feedback on work and to foster student development.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.
• Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings.

• Relevant teaching qualification E.G CELTA, TEFOL
• Proven experience working in a classroom based setting
• Strong understanding of the principles of adult learning and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment
