THE ROLEReporting directly the Head o Enterprise Risk and working in a small, high calibre, second line risk function you, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the organisation's operational risk management framework and taking it to the next level.
- Creating and developing the RCSA process for risk and controls
- Control attestation.
- Engaging and influencing senior level stakeholders to champion the development and improvement of the operational risk framework.
- Producing training materials and packs, and policies and procedures.
THE PERSONYou must:
- Have experience of developing and improving operational risk frameworks - ideally within a financial services environment.
- Have extensive experience of operational risk management.
- Have experience of producing policies and procedures, delivering training and engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Circa £70k.
