We’re looking for a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join our client, a market leader within their field with a fantastic reputation and culture. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of enterprise risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks in a high-impact, strategic role.

About the Role

You’ll lead the company’s risk and compliance function, ensuring operational and regulatory risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed. You’ll champion a strong risk-aware culture and play a key role in shaping the firms risk and compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s risk register and conduct regular risk assessments
• Oversee internal controls testing and risk reporting to senior leadership
• Lead compliance activities, regulatory monitoring, and assurance reviews
• Maintain and evolve policies, frameworks, and training programs
• Coordinate the company’s corporate insurance programme
• Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness across all teams

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience in enterprise risk management and compliance
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and governance practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Risk, legal, audit, or compliance qualification (e.g., IRM, ICA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience managing corporate insurance programmes is a plus
