Senior Revenue & E-Billing Specialist - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd : Job Details

Join a leading international law firm as a Senior Revenue & E-Billing Specialist, supporting the London office's Partners with best-in-class billing and collections expertise. This is a high-impact role for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Billing & E-Billing

• Prepare and finalise client invoices in line with firm policies, VAT rules, and Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Lead onboarding across client billing platforms and ensure seamless e-billing submissions
• Review time entries and disbursements for compliance, liaising with attorneys and clients to resolve issues
• Generate monthly billing reports, integrate attorney feedback, and oversee invoice approvals
• Establish and maintain e-billing protocols for key clients, minimising rejections and delays
• Train attorneys and staff on e-billing systems to improve accuracy and turnaround
• Manage financial adjustments including transfers, write-offs, and narrative edits
• Act as primary client contact for all e-billing queries and payment follow-ups

Collections

• Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues impacting payment
• Monitor credit levels and follow up on outstanding invoices with clients and fee earners
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices and statements to clients

Experience & Skills

• Revenue experience in a law firm
• Strong grasp of billing practices and e-billing systems (Aderant Expert preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment
