Are you an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Solihull, is seeking a Senior Reporting Accountant to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis.

For this Senior Reporting Accountant role you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Consolidation of group accounts and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

• Supporting year-end and audit processes

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and analysis

• Driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

The requirements for this Senior Reporting Accountant role are:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS)

• Experience in group consolidations and statutory reporting

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels

• A proactive and driven approach, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Degree in accountancy, economics, business etc.

• Competitive salary up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
