About the Role

• The Financial Services (FS) team is among the largest in London and the UK, with 27 partners and over 100 lawyers specializing in various financial sector matters.
• Their extensive practice covers a spectrum of FS-related transactions and advisory services, including regulated outsourcings, commercial partnerships, capital transactions, and more.

About You

• You must be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, essential for handling complex financial services transactions.
• A solid understanding of financial services industry dynamics, regulations, and best practices, enabling effective support for FS clients.
• Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of clients, with a commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
