Senior Regulatory Counsel

Multinational Media Corporation are currently recruiting for a Senior Regulatory Counsel to join their expanding team in London.

The Regulatory Counsel will focus on delivering regulatory and legal advise to their respective division across Europe.

The main responsibilities include:

• Draft, review and negotiate variety of commercial contracts covering activity in marketing, media rights, content licensing, technology services and advertising sales
• Advise on regulatory, compliance and commercial legal matters
• Support Marketing activities for the division, terms & conditions, website, advertising
• Provide regulatory advice particularly around competitions regulation
• Support the development of compliance processes

Key skills and experience required:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales, around 5+ years PQE
• Commercial and regulatory legal background
• Experience providing regulatory advice in the gaming sector
• Demonstrated experience drafting & negotiating commercial contracts
