Senior Life Science Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool Street

Salary Range: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) with an OTE of £70,000 - £100,000

As a Senior Life Science Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and adeptly identifying specialised candidates for specific roles. This client-facing position involves building relationships for personal billing, self-generating new clients, and cultivating a passion for client relationship building and business development.

What it takes to succeed:

• Proven experience as a recruiter with a solid billing track record in contract or perm
• 360 recruitment expertise, demonstrating the ability to achieve challenging targets and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong business development background
• Knowledge of the Life Science/Tech industry (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to build rapport, find solutions, and adapt in high-pressure situations
• Passion for creating a supportive environment
• Self-motivated and ambitious, with a positive mindset and a passion for business growth
• High energy, motivation, and eagerness to develop others
• Results-oriented and target-driven
• Effective listening and presentation skills
