Your Role
Take charge of a portfolio of schools and educators, mentor junior consultants, and lead by example to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Strong Relationships: Forge trusted partnerships with schools and educators.
- Lead by Example: Drive personal and team performance, achieving and exceeding targets.
- Mentor Talent: Coach junior consultants and foster continuous development.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek new business prospects and expand market share.
- Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Represent Supply Desk: Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships and grow our reputation.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Commission pay

Experience: Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
