Senior Recruitment Consultant

Industrial Division – Preston

Up to £35,000 basic (negotiable based on experience)

Commission up to 20% on all billings

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a senior role where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible. The client is a fast-growing specialist in Driving, Logistics, Warehousing, and Industrial recruitment, and they are looking to expand their industrial division and hire a consultant who’s ready to shape the future of the business.

You’ll be joining a successful, close-knit team in modern, accessible offices in Preston. The culture is collaborative, transparent, and built around empowering consultants to do what they do best, without unnecessary red tape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and expanding the industrial client base

• Managing the full recruitment cycle: advertising, interviewing, referencing, and placement

• Driving business development through client visits and strategic outreach

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Contributing to team decisions and process improvements

What you’ll bring:

• At least 6 months’ recruitment experience (ideally in the industrial sector)

• Strong sales and communication skills
