Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Hybrid working, with office options in Cork or Dublin

Due to a number of our key strategic partners across the STEM space looking to expand their Irish operations we are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join or expanding team in Ireland to support the growth of these organisations and expansion of our services within these large clients.

The role will be heavily focussed not only on delivering the recruitment for active roles, but also on supporting the growth and scaling operations within these accounts as hiring needs evolve. If you are a proven recruiter with ability to grow and expand accounts through active sales and networking, then this role could be ideally suited for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Actively selling to new & existing client base.
  • Drive face to face meetings on site with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment services, ensuring timely and effective placements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients on hiring trends and talent availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems and tools.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a 360 or client-facing role.
  • Strong track record in technical recruitment or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and grow business opportunities.
  • Ideally degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with Irish clients or within the Irish recruitment market.
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM/ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
