Senior Recruitment Consultant- Permanent Desk

Solihull

**** EXISTING PERMANENT DESK AVAILABLE CURRENTLY GENERATING £20k BILLINGS PER MONTH****

£30,000 - 35,000 + up to 20% commission, flexibility for 1 day per week WFH, free onsite parking.

Permanent recruiters- Harrison Sands has a high-performing desk open in Solihull placing within the hospitality and catering market. This desk offers a solid client base, both boutique local and larger PSL clients, a strong candidate database and requires an experienced Senior Consultant to nurture and account manage existing business while proactively working on candidate marketing and organic business development.

Our client are a boutique agency, low staff turnover and a current team of 7- ethics and honesty are at the hart of the business and they're all about creating an amazing customer journey and nurturing long-term high-supply relationships.

This desk offers existing, inherited business currently generating £20K worth of monthly fees, so it's ideal for a pace driven perms recrutier who has strong skills in client management, candidate sourcing and headhunt and vacancy management.

This is an office based role with some flexibility for WFH, 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday - Friday working hours and a fun, inclusive work environment.
