Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education (London)

We are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education to our thriving office in London. Our team currently delivers an extremely high service to a large portfolio of schools in the capital and consists of some of the top billers in the business. Based near Farringdon station which offers great transport links and a lively out of office atmosphere.

Main duties: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education (London)

* Managing your own desk of business, working towards agreed targets* Arranging interviews & placing candidates into roles with our clients* Client attraction; canvassing, mailing and other sales led activities* Candidate attraction; developing a new candidate pool to fulfil vacancies identified through the client attraction process* Support and assist our resourcers with the registering, interviewing, testing and referencing of candidates when necessary

Person Specification:

* Education Recruitment background* Driven and resilient* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you'll be comfortable on the phone as you are writing emails* Experience of working in a faced paced environment and be resilient and flexible.* Strong attention to detail and be a completer/finisher* Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of all Office applications
