A well established, award-winning Property & Construction Consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic, vibrant consultancy working out of their thriving Hotel & Leisure team.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver high quality cost consultancy services, as well as Employers Agent services, to a number of prestigious Hotel & Leisure clients, driving the success of new build and refurbishment schemes.

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join during an exciting period of expansion and at the heart of this growth! You will benefit from a role that provides exciting variety project and role wise - as well as the chance to aid in the company's expansion, manage a team and progress to Associate Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Excellent pre & post contract experience
• A strong QS background within UK Construction Consultancies
• Hotel / Leisure experience is ideal
• Employers Agent / Project Management experience is ideal
