Senior Quantity Surveyor - Brandon James Ltd : Job Details

A leading, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy renowned for their high profile project portfolio and long term career progression, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of an international consultancy, but will be working within a close knit team of 10+ who enjoy a mixture of projects across the residential, office, hotel, and data centre sectors.

Day to day, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on projects of £15m+, taking them through from inception to completion with support of two Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• QS experience within a consultancy / cost management practice
• Good pre and post contract experience - comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Have worked on projects within the built environment, upwards of £15m.
