Full product training and process training, will be provided to the successful candidate.

You will be working for a well-established and highly profitable SME that supports a range of blue chip customers within a highly regulated industry. This is a key hire where you will assume responsibility for all aspects of the quality management system and have the opportunity to implement your own ideas for process improvements, whilst managing a team.

This role would suit an experienced manager or a senior engineer looking to step up. The Role:- Quality Manager - Working for a specialist manufacturer- A varied role assuming responsibility for all aspects of the quality management system- Lead external regulatory audits (ISO 9001), internal audits and drive process improvements within the department.- An interesting mixture of hands-on inspection and quality engineering related tasks- Full industry and product training provided- Development opportunities into senior roles within the business or chartered status- Flexible working hours and hybrid working

The Person:- Has experience working with quality documentation and quality inspection - Has a background in a manufacturing environment - Desirable - Holds a UK driving licence and is happy to travel within the role when required - Experience working with ISO9001 or any other quality standard
