Are you a quality-driven professional with a passion for precision and improvement? Join Airbus' dynamic team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and play a key role in ensuring their products meet the highest standards in the defence and aerospace industry.

As Airbus' QA expert, you'll lead quality assurance activities across the full product lifecycle. From defining inspection plans to driving continuous improvement, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets top-tier standards.

• Creating and maintaining Quality Surveillance Plans (QSPs)
• Leading key project reviews (MRR, IRR, TRR, DRB, etc.)
• Writing inspection instructions and managing incoming inspection plans
• Reviewing technical work instructions for quality compliance
• Managing non-conformances and driving root cause analysis
• Leading Internal Review Boards and implementing lessons learned
• Reporting on Quality KPIs and supporting performance dialogues
• Acting as the QA lead for critical movements in production

Must-Haves:

• HND in a relevant field
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance
• Background in Defence and Aerospace
