Salary: £35-40,000 per annum

A highly successful, independent estate agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to take responsibility for managing their large residential portfolio.

The role requires a confident individual with natural diplomacy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to remain decisive when faced with challenges. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations while maintaining the outstanding customer service standards that the company is renowned for.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a substantial residential property portfolio
• Handle landlord and tenant queries effectively and professionally
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance requirements
• Manage tenancy renewals, Section 8 and Section 21 notices
• Ensure excellent communication with all stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management (essential)
• ARLA qualification (advantageous)
• Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent telephone manner and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of the Docklands / East London property market
• Full UK driving licence
