Salary - £40,000

Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their upmarket office in Limehouse. You will oversee a team of 3, managing a portfolio of around 450 properties. With a professional and dedicated attitude, you will ensure great relationships are built and maintained with all clients.

About you:

• Ability to demonstrate initiative.

• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to problem solve.
• Professional approach to customer services

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
• Raising rental agreements
• ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Dealing with property maintenance.
• Collection of rents.
• Payments to landlords
• Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
