Senior Property Lister / Valuer - Inneo Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

This friendly, successful, well established, multi- branch Independent is now looking for an experienced Property Lister / Valuer for their branch in Chelmsford

They will also be pleased to consider you if you can value in a management role as well, maybe Assistant Branch Manager or Listings Appraisal Manager. The main requirement for them will be that they you can value, have a great deal of expertise in property valuations, are as local to Chelmsford as possible, and are top of your game!

This branch currently lists between 18 to 20 properties a month but realistically, with the right extra professional on board they will be hitting 22-25 without breaking into too much of a sweat. ( this is the clients words and not mine )

Fortunately, they are based in a very popular area, the market leaders of that patch and there is excellent footfall and the natural “go to” selection for most in the area, which is great. That on its own gives them a bit of resilience against any other marketplace and keeps the calls and people coming in on a regular basis.

Basic £19-26k, depending on experience etc.

Commission is negotiable, again, depending on experience usually 4-5% but this can be negotiable.

My client is aware that some of the larger corporate companies do offer somewhat higher commission, but the difference with my client is that their new Property Lister / Valuer will be doing 90% of the instructions, not 1 of 3 or 4 in the branch. You will be given the “lions share” of all valuation opportunities from day one guaranteeing high earnings from the get go .

My client is pleased to discuss either an instruction bonus after a certain number of instructions (per month) or after a certain number of instructions, the standard listing commission increases from 4/5%.

This new style of package would provide them with an estimate OTE to be anywhere from £45k - £60k.
