Senior Projects Manager - Structural & Architectural SteelworkLocation: Basildon, Essex | Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE

Ready to lead major steelwork projects from start to finish?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Projects Manager to take ownership of large-scale structural and architectural steel projects. You'll manage everything from planning and design to execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and clients.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and tackling issues head-on.

• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and contractual standards.

• Provide clear, regular updates to senior management and clients.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years' project management experience in structural or architectural steelwork.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of UK-CA steelwork standards and project management tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage RFIs, variations, and client communications without prompting.
