Senior Project Manager / PMO - Markets Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / PMO to support a high-impact transformation program within the Markets function. This role will play a key part in driving the execution of strategic initiatives across product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear, concise program updates tailored to senior stakeholders.

• Review and challenge reports and updates provided by other functions.

• Apply project management best practices to maintain plans, track risks and issues, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

• Represent the Markets function in driving initiatives to completion.

• Coordinate with product lines and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and execution.

• Proactively track progress, highlight risks, and drive issue resolution.

• Identify emerging challenges early, facilitate collaboration to resolve them, and ensure issues are properly closed.

• Promote active stakeholder engagement through regular status communication.

• Champion the use of structured project management tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery across workstreams.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage both the big picture and detailed execution.

• Effective collaboration across large, complex organizations with a proactive approach to issue escalation and resolution.

• Ability to manage interdependent initiatives and deadlines across multiple teams.

• Demonstrated leadership in delivering transformation programs and driving change.

• Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

Key Skills Preferred

• Experience on regulatory programs a plus
• Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.) a plus
• Knowledge of Finance regulatory reporting a plus
