A leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their expanding residential division. Operating nationally, this well-respected consultancy provides expert advice throughout the development lifecycle, with a focus on residential disposals, acquisitions, and strategic consultancy across private, affordable, BTR and care/retirement sectors.

As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in unlocking and maximising development opportunities, working closely with landowners, developers, and investors. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between office and home working, and the opportunity to progress within a growing national team.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director - Residential Development Agent:

• Manage the full land acquisition and disposal process, from marketing through to legal completion.
• Provide strategic development advice to landowners, developers and corporate clients.
• Deliver consultancy services including site identification, planning promotion and option agreements.
• Operate across various residential tenures including affordable housing, BTR and later living.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and an existing professional network.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• MRICS qualified with a minimum of 7 years' direct experience in residential development agency.
• Strong network of developer, promoter, and landowner contacts across the UK.
• In-depth knowledge of sale and acquisition methods including private treaty, auctions, and promotional agreements.
• Proficient in Argus Developer or similar development appraisal tools.
• Willingness to travel and support projects nationwide.
• Full UK driving licence.

In Return:

• £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
