Core Responsibilities:

• Directing the development of a flagship Super Prime Residential project, with meticulous attention to quality and detail.
• Comprehensive management across all project stages, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors.
• Championing our ethos of unparalleled quality, ensuring every facet of the project meets the highest possible standards.
• Problem-solving prowess to navigate project challenges with innovative and effective solutions.

Your Profile:

• Demonstrable expertise in leading Super Prime Residential projects, with a focus on projects from their inception to their successful handover.
• A proven track record in managing projects with values of £10 Million or higher, within the luxury residential sector.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of guiding teams to achieve project objectives.
• Experience with natural stone and premium finishes would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, alongside essential certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
